sites such as the Roman Forum, encompassing
temples, basilicas, arches, and columns. The
typeface is derived from a cross-section of the
20-fluted Roman Doric column, with its geometry
reflecting a radial grid that mirrors the fluted design.
These flutes, originally crafted to enhance the play of
light and shadow in Roman architecture, accentuate
the letterforms in HvyColumn Slice.
